• Express Delivery: Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM
• International Shipping: We ship to select countries in the GCC and beyond. Delivery times vary by destination:
• GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3-7 business days
• International Orders: 7-14 business days
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM, on Fridays, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once processed, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
• Customs and Duties: All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.
• Regulations Compliance: We comply with all shipping regulations and may need additional documentation for international orders, which could impact delivery times.
